We all fall short... My confession

It has been a very difficult few months for me. My dad got very sick and ultimately passed away. But praise God I got to baptize him before he passed. My best friend passed away. My wife is dealing with possible cancer issues... and I'm in constant pain due to a bad back. 

All this accompanies the fact but I'm a former drug addict and alcoholic. I have an addictive personality to start with. This is My Confession. 

People all too often say they will accept reproof and discipline from Elohim. What happens when Elohim sends us a person to do that? 

Do we listen or do we run?

I had the privilege to Baptize my Dad On 02-20-21 at noon and then he took a fall and was in the presence of The LORD at 5:00pm.
